Why after-builders cleaning is its own job
Construction dust is not normal dust. It is fine, it gets everywhere, and it settles again twice after the first pass — which is why one visit from a regular team never gets a site to handover standard. We work top down in stages, so what comes off the cornices does not end up on a floor that is already finished.
New builds, extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations and full strip-outs. We take paint specks, silicone and adhesive off glass and tiles, pull dust out of tracks, rails and vents, and hand the place back ready to photograph or ready for the owner to walk through.

Hi, I'm Nicolas
I founded Diamond Cleaning with one simple goal: to give the Gold Coast a cleaning service it can genuinely rely on. What started as a personal commitment has grown into an established company, with an established company cleaning homes and businesses right across the coast.
For me it's about more than cleaning — it's showing up when we say we will, sending the same trained faces, and treating every space like it's our own. Homes, holiday rentals or offices, the standard never changes.

How much does a house clean cost on the Gold Coast?
We charge by the hour: $50 for regular home and Airbnb cleans, $60 for deep cleans and $65 for bond or after-builders work. How many hours a place takes depends on its size, so use the calculator above to see your estimate in about thirty seconds. You only pay for the hours we actually work, and we confirm the price with you before we start.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our clients are at work while we clean and come home to a finished house. Just let us know how to get in and we take care of the rest.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, we arrive with everything, including eco-friendly products that are safe around kids and pets. If you would rather we use something you already have at home, just leave it out and let us know.
Are you insured and police checked?
Yes to both. We hold public liability cover and every cleaner on the team is police checked before they set foot in a client's home.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
That is the whole point of how we run it. On a regular schedule you get the same trusted team each visit, so nobody has to be shown around the house twice.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No contract and no cancellation fees. Book weekly, fortnightly or a one-off, and change it whenever your schedule changes.
Do you do bond and end of lease cleans?
Yes. We work to the exit checklist agents actually use: oven, window tracks, skirting boards, marks off walls and every corner they inspect. Tell us your inspection date and we work back from it.
